Update: Call for Proposals is now CLOSED. Our next milestone will be to post the conference program. We anticipate that it will be ready by March 1. Please register now at this link. We hope to see you at SOCALLT 2016.
Proposal Deadline Now Extended: Midnight (CST), February 15, 2016!
Please take a moment now, and think about what you’re doing with technology in language teaching and learning! We’d love to hear from you at the conference in the form of a presentation and/or a workshop. Computer labs will be available for those willing to do a workshop! Just because something is “old hat” to you doesn’t mean it’s that way for everyone else. We welcome proposals from vendors, K-12 teachers, college/university professors, language lab and language center staff, instructional technologists, and faculty development and support staff. Does it have to do with language and technology? Chances are we want to hear about it. Won’t you share your successes and challenges with colleagues? Looking for a low-pressure, stress-free way to share a quick tool or tip at the conference? Check out our new Technology Test Kitchen Demo option in the form below!
Difficulties interacting with the embedded form below? It also lives HERE.
If you have questions about a presentation or workshop you’re thinking of presenting, contact Georges Detiveaux at firstname.lastname@example.org today! The officers and hosts of SOCALLT would be happy to help you work your idea into a winning session!
