Registration is now open for SOCALLT 2012 in Boulder, CO (April
13-14, 2012 on the campus of the University of Colorado-Boulder, hosted by
ALTEC). Please help us plan well for the conference by registering now using one of the pre-arrival registration options below. Need another look at the sessions we’re planning? Check them out here.
Note to presenters & all attendees: UC-Boulder is equipped with an open high-speed WiFi network. All SOCALLT attendees will have access to free WiFi during the conference. Connection instructions will be provided in your packet you’ll receive at check-in. Presenters are asked to bring their own laptop to present from. Rooms will be equipped with a projector and screen. Mac users should remember to bring any special cables/dongles/adaptors needed to connect to standard LCD projectors. Full program & schedule coming soon. Sessions will most likely run 8am-5:30pm (or thereabouts) on both days of the conference.
- Attendees and presenters can register for one day of conference
attendance ($25) or two days of conference attendance ($50). - For exhibitor registration (including exhibitors/vendors/industry reps who are presenting), registration is $50. Exhibitor registration includes a table, two chairs, electrical access, and wireless instructions for two days of exhibiting (Fri & Sat, 8am-5pm) in the central, high-traffic area of the conference.
- Student registration is $25 for both days. Students: please be sure to send proof of enrollment to mailing address below (Sharon Sellars, SOCALLT Treasurer).
There are two ways to pay (check or credit card). Some refreshments at the pre-conference reception on Thursday night will be paid for by ALTEC (attendees responsible for any additional food/drink). Refreshments and lunch will be provided for both days of the conference, and we are also working on sponsorship for dinner. All attendees must begin by filling out the online registration form.

NB: On-site registration & payment will also be accepted on both mornings of the conference, but please remember that we are a small organization, so, to minimize the line, staffing needed, name badge issues, and meal planning issues, please make every effort to register & pay in advance using one of the options above.
